If any of you use Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 10 Production Suite - and have any information that might help us get back up and rendering without a LOW MEMORY error - it would be much appreciated! ;-) Please feel free to leave your helpful insight as a comment for others who may be experiencing the same thing to hopefully get the help they need as well.

WEEKLY TOPIC POST: Janet's Treasures In Her Life
The treasures in my life don't consist necessarily of "things" but more so of people and places. Dealing with stacking chronic illnesses that have kept me from getting "things," I've learned there are so many treasures I didn't even notice because I was always too busy looking "inside" the treasure chest instead of checking out the treasures that had "spilled over."
Below I've posted some photographs taken from the video, each with a caption about those or the places shown in the photos, listed beneath them.
I certainly hope you enjoy the "still picture" show and hopefully find at least one that makes you smile.

Waiskai (pronounced Whiskey - named) after the lake our summer home is nestled on is our little bundle of joy. He came to us in a very low time in our lives and restored the love and joy that had been robbed from us.

Living in Florida, and vacationing in Michigan's U.P. is another gem in my life. Each place delivers some of the most beautiful sunsets. I treasure having the opportunities to stand on a shoreline and watch the sinking sun as it paints the transparent canvas situated between it and myself, otherwise known as the sky, with its brilliant colors of its canvas with ease until it decides to hide and rest for the evening. |
~ ~ FRIENDS ~ ~
For Don and me, friends are the finishing touch
that make our treasures in life complete.
If I were to post all of the photos
of those who are dear to our hearts, you'd be
here all day, and night, and probably into the
next day. If you believe you fall under this
category - then you probably do!
As I like to say...
stay casual, live life to the fullest, and have a piece of chocolate!

Debbie #2 on the list visiting form the Blog Tour 6, I love your treasures. Family seems to be the #1 choice of a treasure in most of our lives. I enjoyed your added touch of photos. Very nice treasures :)
ReplyDeleteHere you can see my treasures

Hi, I'm hopping over from the blog tour (I'm #12). I love your cute lil doggie's necklace thingy. And I also love your landscape photos. My family has a weekend/summer place in the Catskills and it's one of our treasures. We have so many animals around us.
ReplyDeleteI really liked your concept of using pictures to document your treasures; those images really brought the post to life.
ReplyDeleteDave (Blog 13)
Lovely post, Janet. (I'm over from the blog tour.) I agree with Dave, your pictures really bring your treasures to life. Love the pic of the 11-year anniversary - Classic!
ReplyDeleteHi, Janet :) I felt like I got to know a lot about you as we put together your upcoming guest spot for my blog, but I never realized you were from the U.P. My good friend's husband also grew up there and he tells me everyone knows everyone; I'm sure he's exaggerating, but I'll throw the name out there anyway in case it is only 2 degrees of separation! Gene Taskila from Negaunee, MI
ReplyDeleteWOW! Just getting on here - have had some major computer issues. AAAARRGGG!!!
ReplyDelete@Shelley - it's always great to meet another Yooper! I don't recognize the name - but some of my other family may...please feel free to elaborate on the blog post regarding such if you'd like.
@Everyone who has posted thus far...I'm just getting my laptop back in order. I surely appreciate the comments, compliments, and encouraging words. You guys are just the best, it's great to be connected. I'll be making my "tour" rounds throughout the week as I just got my laptop back and put the post together about an hour before it went live. I wish the video was working - but it is what it is. ;-) Glad to bring smiles to your faces...I can't wait to read your treasures too! Have a great rest of the weekend!
What gorgeous photos and I'm touched that you shared your treasures with me!
ReplyDeleteI listed 'creativity' as one of my treasures ...
lovely to meet you,
Grace x
Hi Grace! Thanks so much for chiming in. Glad you enjoyed the "treasures," I had a fun time putting it all together. Hope you have a wonderful week. Thanks again for leaving a comment. ~Janet~
